OriCell®成人脂肪间充质干细胞取自健康成人的脂肪组织,拥有强大的增殖和多向分化能力。可作为细胞模型应用于增殖、衰老、免疫、分化和移植研究。

质量控制:
1. 通过细菌、真菌、支原体、内毒素检测。
2. 通过细胞复苏活力检测,复苏存活率>80%。
3. 通过细胞周期检测,倍增周期<72 h。
4. 通过流式检测,CD29、CD44、CD73、CD105为阳性(>70%);CD34、CD45、CD11b为阴性(<5%)。
5. 具有良好的分化能力,可经诱导分化为成骨细胞、脂肪细胞、软骨细胞等。
